1. Possesses production management experience and holds at least an associate’s degree. 2. Responsible for reviewing production work orders, determining delivery schedules based on production capacity analysis, and coordinating across departments to ensure balanced production, thereby guaranteeing timely, quality‑assured completion of production tasks. 3. Responsible for developing production plans; for products that are unlikely to be delivered on schedule, promptly communicate with the production team to resolve issues; if coordination fails, report to the manager without delay. 4. Under 40 years of age; gender is not restricted.

Job Responsibilities: 1. Conduct daily inspections and troubleshoot mechanical equipment in the workshop to ensure stable operation; 2. Install, commission, and maintain equipment according to production requirements, ensuring smooth production processes; 3. Promptly address unexpected malfunctions during equipment operation and implement effective measures to restore production; 4. Execute equipment maintenance schedules, maintain detailed maintenance records, and adhere to on-site 5S management standards; 5. Collaborate with the production team to support other equipment-related tasks. Job Requirements: 1. Possess fundamental knowledge of mechanical equipment and be capable of independently diagnosing and resolving common faults; 2. Be familiar with the operation of commonly used mechanical components and tools in the workshop; 3. Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and hands-on skills, able to adapt to the working environment on the production floor; 4. Have a solid safety awareness and strictly comply with operating procedures and company policies.

Aged 20–48, in good health. Willing to follow workshop scheduling. Work hours: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., with two shifts; piece-rate pay—earn more by working more. Must be able to write. Total compensation approximately RMB 6,000.
